Non-agricultural activities

 

Financing opportunity: NRDP – sM 6.4 Support for investments in creation and development of non-agricultural activities

Who can apply:

  • Micro-enterprises, small non-agricultural enterprises existing and newly created enterprises (start-ups) from rural area;
  • Farmers or members of a household (minimum authorized as Authorized Physical Person) which diversify their agricultural base activity by developing non-agricultural activities in rural areas in the existing company (micro and small enterprise, except for unauthorized individuals);

Project value:

  • Up to 200.000 euro; non-reimbursable grant reaching up to 90% of the project eligible budget.

Eligible activities / expenditures:

  • Investments in production of: Manufacture of textile products, cloths, leather articles, paper and board articles; Production of chemical, pharmaceutical products; Activities of processing wood products; Metallurgical industry, production of metal constructions, machinery and equipment; Production of electrical, electronic products;
  • Investments in craft activities, such as: Handicraft activities and other traditional non-agricultural activities – pottery, embroidery, manual processing of iron, wool, wood, leather etc.;
  • Investments for service delivery: Medical, social, sanitary-veterinary services; Machinery, housewares repair services; Consulting, accounting, legal, audit services; Activities in information technology and information services; Technical, administrative services, etc;
  • Investments in agro-tourism pensions, projects for recreational activities;
  • Investments for the production of fuel from biomass (manufacture of pellets and briquettes).

 

Rural area development

 

Financing opportunity: NRDP– sM 7.2 Investments in creation and modernization of small scale infrastructure

Who can apply:

  • NGOs for investments in educational (kindergartens) and social (nurseries and after school) infrastructure;
  • Villages and villages associations according to the national legislation in force.

Project value:

  • Up to 500.000 euro; non-reimbursable grant reaching up to 100% of the project eligible budget;

Eligible activities / expenditures:

  • Construction, modernization (including endowment) of kindergartens only for those out of rural school premises, including demolition, if recommended by technical expertise;
  • Expansion and modernization (including endowment) of higher secondary education units, technological schools specialized on natural resources, environmental protection and agriculture;
  • Creating and modernization (including endowment) of nurseries, as well as after-school infrastructure, including demolition, only for those out of rural school premises, if recommended by technical expertise;
