Today, March 5th 2013, the Managing Authority for the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development has published for public debate the Specific Conditions Guidelines for Key Areas of Intervention 2.1 and 2.3.

These calls will be launched during the year 2013, with an implementation period between 6 and 20 months and the new guidelines can be found here:

Grant projects that will be launched within KAI 2.1 have a value between 50.000 – 499.999 Euro and a duration between 6 and 20 months.

Health and safety are fundamental to the reputation and profitability of a company and they begin with the employees. Publications and current reports at national and international level show that 70-80% of work accidents are attributed to the human factor. In 2011, in Romania was reported a total of 3,681 people who suffered less or more serious accidents, including fatalities. In 2012, that number decreased to 2,600 in the first 9 months and the industries in which the most tragedies occurred continue to be construction, transportations and mining and quarrying.

In this regard, concern for health and safety is not only justified but absolutely necessary.

VAPRO Romania este partenerul HART Consulting in cadrul conferintei cu tema „Cultura organizationala: sanatate si securitate in munca”

Siguranta si securitatea in munca sunt fundamentale pentru reputatia si profitabilitatea unei companii, iar siguranta si securitatea incep de la angajati. Publicatiile si rapoartele actuale, la nivel national si international, arata ca 70-80% din accidentele de munca sunt atribuite factorului uman. In 2011, in Romania, a fost raportat un numar de 3.681 de persoane care au suferit accidente de munca, mai superficiale sau mai grave, incluzandu-le si pe cele mortale. In 2012, numarul acestora a scazut la 2.600 in primele 9 luni, iar industriile in care tragediile s-au produs cel mai adesea au ramas constructiile, transporturile, industria extractiva.

In acest context, preocuparea pentru siguranta si securitatea in munca este nu numai justificata, ci absolut necesara.

Incepand din 2007 VAPRO Romania a obtinut peste 10 mil de Euro fonduri europene nerambursabile pentru aproximativ 50 de companii client, in scopul implementarii unor proiecte de imbunatatire a sanatatii si securitatii la locul de munca si mentinerea unui mediu de lucru sigur pentru angajati. SOPIEC Op1.3.2 – Consulting Support to SMEs – Call extended until December 21st

The Intermediate Body for SMEs announced today the extension of the second call for proposals for SOPIEC, operation 1.3.2 – Support for advice/consultancy services for SMEs till December 21st  at 14:00 o’clock http://oiimm.mimmcma.ro/ .

Given that this is the last call for consultancy projects within SOPIEC but also one of the last among all lines of funding in the 2007-2013 period, all micro-enterprises and SMEs who need consulting services for business development  have to take advantage of this opportunity.

To fit into this category of eligible beneficiaries, you must have between 1 and 249 employees and a turnover below 50 million Euro / total assets not exceeding 43 million Euro.

The maximum amount of financing you can get is 170.000 lei (approx. 38.000 Euro), representing 70% of eligible costs, and up to 20% of revenues for 2011.

Some of the services that can be financed:

  • Strategies for innovative solutions and creation of new products and / or services and technologies
  • Development of business plans, feasibility studies and/ or feasibility studies to implement eco-efficient and competitive technologies and to create competitive products
  • Preparation of studies and management strategies, marketing and/ or financial analysis for implementing a particular project;
  • Strategies for promotion activities for a project;
  • Strategies and development plans related to human resources in order to stimulate business expansion or implementation of a particular project;
  • Development of studies on intellectual property protection;
  • Comparative studies for the use of tools and solutions or for a specified area;
  • Development of evaluation and diagnostic studies for transfer business.

Organismul Intermediar pentru IMM a anuntat astazi prelungirea celui de al doilea apel de proiecte pentru POSCCE, operatiunea 1.3.2 – Sprijin pentru consultanta acordat IMM pana la data de 21 Decembrie 2012, ora 14.00 http://oiimm.mimmcma.ro/ . Avand in vedere faptul ca acesta este ultimul apel pentru proiecte de consultanta in cadrul POSCCE dar si printre ultimele in randul tuturor liniilor de finantare in perioada 2007-2013, toate microintreprinderile si IMM-urile care au nevoie de servicii de consultanta pentru dezvoltarea afacerii trebuie sa profite de aceasta oportunitate. Pentru a va incadra in aceasta categorie de beneficiari eligibili, trebuie sa aveti intre 1 si 249 de angajati si o cifra de afaceri sub 50 de milioane de euro/active totale de cel mult 43 de milioane de euro. Valoarea maxima a finantarii pe care o puteti obtine este de 170.000 lei (aprox. 38.000 Euro), care reprezinta 70% din totalul costurilor eligibile si maxim 20% din cifra pe anul 2011. Cateva dintre serviciile pe care le puteti finanta intr-un astfel de proiect:

  • Elaborarea de strategii pentru solutii inovative si crearea de noi produse si/sau servicii si tehnologii;
  • Elaborarea de planuri de afaceri, studii de prefezabilitate si/sau fezabilitate pentru implementarea de tehnologii ecoeficiente si competitive, precum si pentru crearea de produse competitive;
  • Elaborarea de studii si strategii de management, marketing si/sau analize financiare pentru implementarea unui anumit proiect;
  • Elaborarea de strategii de mediatizare si planuri de promovare pentru un anumit proiect;
  • Elaborarea de strategii si planuri de dezvoltare si stimulare a resurselor rental Inflatable Clown Jumper umane in vederea extinderii afacerii sau implementarii unui anumit proiect;
  • Elaborarea de studii asupra protectiei proprietatii intelectuale;
  • Elaborarea de studii comparative pentru utilizarea unor instrumente si solutii informatice sau pentru un domeniu precizat;
  • Elaborarea de studii de evaluare si diagnostic pentru transferul afacerii.
