AMPOSDRU supports the beneficiaries by publishing for consulting the new Beneficiary Guide General conditions for grant and strategic projects. May you have any suggestions or recommendations regarding the draft version of the applicant guide, please address them by e-mail, no later than July 2nd, to Cristina.georgescu@fseromania.ro

Also, for those of you who already have projects under implementation, AMPOSDRU has published an instruction regarding the format for notifications and additional papers necessary when you want to modify your contracts financed through POSDRU.

In order to have a clearer image of the status regarding the absorption of the funds but also a list with all projects contracted within POSDRU you can view these information on the ACIS website. Click here.

POSDRU Noul draft al Ghidului solicitantului spre consultare

AMPOSDRU vine in sprijinul beneficiarilor si publica spre consultare noul Ghid al Solicitantului Conditii Generale pentru proiecte de grant si proiecte strategice. In cazul in care aveti sugestii sau recomandari privind noul draft al ghidului solicitantului, va rugam sa le adresati pe e-mail, pana la data de 2 iulie, la adresa cristina.georgescu@fseromania.ro

De asemenea, pentru aceia dintre dumneavostra care au déjà proiecte in implementare, AMPOSDRU a publicat o instructiune privind modul de intocmire a notificarilor si a actelor aditionale cu privire la modificarea contractelor dumneavoastra de finantare prin POSDRU. Pentru a avea o imagine clara a situatiei privind stadiul absorbitiei dar si o lista a proiectelor contractate in cadrul POSDRU, puteti vizualiza aceste informatii pe siteul ACIS. Click aici

Status projects SOPHRD June 2010

Reallocation among Axes to finance all projects selected

In the press conference organized by the Monitoring Committee of MASOPHRD on June 8th 2010, the MASOPHRD has presented the status of the projects submitted, selected and contracted. Also, it has made a very important announcement for all beneficiaries: MASOPHRD has proposed to finance all projects selected on the key areas where the request has been very high (such as 3.1 or 3.2) by reallocating funds from key area where the interest was not that high (such as 4.2). According to the press release: “The management of MASOPHRD will propose to the Ministry of Labor and to the Ministry of Finance that all projects selected would be totally financed. The necessary amounts will be taken from the financial allocation of key areas where the interest was not that high among beneficiaries”.

Those who have submitted projects on the SOPHRD and are waiting for the results of the evaluation but also those of you who are planning to apply for a project financed through ESF-SOPHRD can analyze the updated situation of projects submitted on SOPHRD.

Stadiu proiecte POSDRU iunie 2010

Realocare intre Axe Prioritare pentru a finanţa toate proiectele selectate

In cadrul conferintei de presa a Comitetului de Monitorizare POSDRU din data de 8 iunie 2010, AMPOSDRU a facut public stadiul proiectelor depuse, selectate si contractate. De asemenea, a facut un anunt extrem de important pentru beneficiari: AMPOSDRU a propus finantarea integrala a proiectelor selectate in cadrul unor DMI-uri unde cererea a fost foarte ridicata (precum 3.1 sau 3.2) prin realocarea de fonduri din domeniile majore de interventie unde nu au existat suficiente cereri de finantare (cum ar fi 4.2). Conform comunicatului de presa furnizat de AMPOSDRU se mentioneaza ca: “Conducerea AMPOSDRU va propune Ministerului Muncii şi Ministerului de Finanţe ca toate proiectele selectate să fie finanţate integral. Banii necesari vor fi luaţi din alocarea financiară repartizată iniţial domeniilor majore de intervenţie faţă de care gradul de interes al solicitanţilor este scăzut.”

Atat cei care au depus cereri de finantare in cadrul POSDRU si asteapta rezultatele procesului de evaluare sau contractare cat si cei interesati de accesarea de fonduri prin Fondul Social European – POSDRU pot analiza situatia la zi a cererilor de finantare depuse in cadrul POSDRU.

3 ani in Romania!

Sarbatorim 3 ani de la data infiintarii sediului in Romania si dorim cu aceasta ocazie sa multumim tuturor clientilor si colaboratorilor care ne-au fost alaturi in tot acest timp.

Totodata, ca oferta aniversara, lansam o campanie transparenta de informare si constientizare privind beneficiile fondurilor europene, prezentandu-va insa si  lucrurile mai putin spuse pana acum.

Vrei sa intelegi ce inseamna un proiect cu finantare nerambursabila?

Vrei sa inveti din experienta noastra – peste 300 de proiecte la nivel national si international?

Ai intrebari legate de proiecte si fondurile europene la care nu ai primit raspuns pana acum?

Intreaba-ne!!!

Expertiza noastra din Romania, dar si pe plan international, ne recomanda nu doar ca un consultant cu o rata de succes extrem de ridicata în ceea ce priveste aprobarea proiectelor depuse, dar si ca pe un real partener pentru beneficiari si pentru autoritatile implicate, un partener dedicat, serios si, mai ales, capabil sa ofere recomandari pertinente si solutii reale aspectelor specifice.

Rezultatele noastre din 2008 pana in prezent in ceea ce priveste FSE (POSDRU) sunt, pe scurt:

  • 97 de proiecte dezvoltate si depuse cu o valoare de peste 50.300.000 euro
  • 41 de proiecte evaluate si aprobate cu o valoare de peste 21.000.000 euro
  • 39 de proiecte aflate inca in evaluare

Ne mai mandrim si cu noul nostru site, care dorim sa devin un important suport atat pentru cei care doresc sa afle ultimele noutati din domeniul fondurilor nerambursabile precum si informatii despre cum va putem noi ajuta in atragerea de astfel de fonduri pentru compania dvs.

De asemenea, cu ocazia aniversarii a 3 ani in Romania, a fost inaugurat si noul sediu Vapro Romania,  unde invitam toti clientii nostri precum si pe toti cei dintre dumneavoastra care sunteti interesati de o viitoare colaborare cu noi.

 

Nu putem incheia fara sa nu tragem un semnal de alarma in ceea ce priveste stadiul actual al absorbtiei fondurilor europene in Romania, care la aceasta data reprezinta un procent sub 10%. Acest lucru poate duce la situatia nedorita ca la 31 Decembrie 2010, conform regulii “n+3”, Romania sa fie nevoita sa returneze banii neutilizati catre Uniunea Europeana.
Conform celei mai recente situatii lunare publicata pe site-ul ACIS, la 30 Aprilie 2010, rambursarile efective catre Beneficiari sunt in valoare de 22.303.647 euro (90.809.301 lei). Astfel, rata de absorbtie raportata la alocarea financiara publica pe 2007 (250.543.753 euro)  este de 8.90% si raportata la alocarea financiara publica deschisa pentru perioada 2007 – 2010 (1.534.129.960 euro) este de doar 1.45%.
Consideram ca atuul nostru principal pe piata din Romania este tocmai „intelegerea pietei”, motiv pentru care implicarea noastra in orice proiect european aduce de fiecare data un plus de valoare reala, ce isi are radacinile in concretul mecanismelor de absorbtie a fondurilor europene.

3 years in Romania!

We are celebrating 3 years since we have established our Romanian office and we would like to thank all clients and partners that have been together with us during this time.

Also, as an anniversay offer, we are launching a transparent information and awareness campaign regarding the benefits of European funds, and the things that have not been said to often until now.

We cannot end before we draw a signal regarding the actual status of the absorbtion of EU funds in Romania, that is below 10% at this time. This can lead to the un-desired situation that at December 31st 2010, according to the n+3” rule, Romania will have to return the money it has not used to the European Union.

According to the most recent analysis published on the ACIS website, at April 30th  2010, the reimbursements towards the beneficiaries are worth 22.303.647 euro (90.809.301 lei). So, the absorbtion rate reported to the public funds allocated for 2007 (250.543.753 euro) is   8.90% and compared to the public financing opened for 2007-2010 (1.534.129.960 euro) is is only 1.45%.

We consider that our main advantage in Romania is precisely „understanding the market”, reason for which our involvement in any EU project brings a real added value, which has its roots in the preciseness of the absorption mecanisms of EU funds.

Seminar dezvoltarea resurselor umane

Vapro România a participat la seminarul organizat de către Camera de Comerţ Italiana pentru România: “Analiza asupra procesului de absorbţie a fondurilor structurale Europene: probleme şi soluţii, concentrate în special în cadrul POSDRU”, desfăşurat astăzi 29 Aprilie 2010, la hotelul Novotel.

La seminar au participat în calitate de speakeri mai mulţi reprezentanţi ai autorităţilor, printre care D-na Cristina Zevedei Director General AMPOSDRU şi Dl Stefan Ciobanu – Director General ACIS. În urma discuţiilor cu Beneficiarii invitaţi, reprezentanţii AMPOSDRU au precizat că vor încheia evaluările pentru toate proiectele aflate încă în evaluare, inclusiv proiectele de tip strategic depuse în sesiunea de proiecte de anul trecut, până la lansarea noului apel pentru proiecte de tip grant, în luna iunie. De asemenea, s-a discutat problema proiectelor de ajutor de stat aflate în faza de contractare şi s-a precizat că situaţia acestora va fi deblocată, iar în maxim 4 săptămâni beneficiarii vor fi chemaţi la semnarea contractelor de finanţare.

Seminar for Human Resources Development

Vapro Romania  has participated in the seminar organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Romania: “ Analysis on the absorption process of the European  structural funds: problems and solutions, focused mainly on the SOPHRD” that took place on Thursday, the 29th of April 2010, at the Novotel Hotel.

As speakers during the seminar several representatives of the authorities have been present, amongst which Mrs. Cristina Zevedei, General Director of MA SOP HRD and Mr. Stefan Ciobanu – General Director ACIS.

Following the discussions with the Beneficiaries invited, the MA SOP HRD representatives have stated that they will finish the evaluation process for all projects, including the strategic ones submitted in the call of last year, before they launch the new call for proposals for grant projects, estimated in June.
Also, another topic has been related to the state aid projects that are now in the contracting phase and it has been mentioned that the situation for these projects will be un-blocked within maximum 4 weeks and the beneficiaries will be called to sign the financing contracts.

Extension of the submission deadlines

MASOPHRD has decided to extend the deadlines for submitting the state aid and de minimis projects. In order  to support private or state companies, potential beneficiaries of the state aid and de minimis schemes, MASOPHRD has extended the deadline for the electronic submission of these projects, until 30/11/2010, 16 PM, for the following financing lines:

„Financial support for occupation” (no. 73)
„Financial support for occupation for people in the rural environment” (no. 74)
„Mentorship programs for young employees” (no. 75)

Prelungire termene de depunere

AMPOSDRU a decis prelungirea termenelor de depunere pentru unele scheme de stat şi ajutor de minimis. Pentru a veni în sprijinul companiilor de stat sau private, potenţiali beneficiari ai schemelor de stat şi ajutor de minimis, AMPOSDRU a prelungit termenul de transmitere electronică, până la utilizarea integrală a fondurilor alocate, dar nu mai târziu de data de 30/11/2010, ora 16.00, pentru urmatoarele linii de finanţare:

„Sprijin financiar pentru ocupare” (nr. 73)
„Sprijin financiar pentru ocuparea persoanelor din mediul rural” (nr. 74)
„Programe de mentorat pentru tinerii angajaţi” (nr. 75)
