Project management

The approval of a grant project financed by SOPHRD does not guarantee a successful implementation and completion of it. Making a percentage as close to 100% of the approved budget, spending and repayment depends most heavily on the project management.

Management services for SOPHRD projects are part of the services offered by the VAPRO consultants. The objective of these services is to optimize the benefits obtained by accessing funds and to improve the entire process of the project management for financed projects.
