Thus, our customers, not only benefit from a training program adapted to the needs of their company and project, but they also receive a recognized Project Manager diploma. To accomplish this purpose you are required to provide complete, timely and accurate data, necessary to draft documentation for obtaining grants and during project implementation in the best conditions. If you voluntarily put at our disposal any personal data, through this you agree that SC VAPRO Subsidy Services SRL records this data and manages them for the mentioned purpose. S.C. VAPRO Subsidy Services SRL use the personal information to provide consulting services in business and management and a better understanding of your needs and interests, to help you complete your contractual relationships, to communicate with you, to provide services and support in order achieve your objectives. The recorded data are for the operator use and are communicated only to the competent authorities. Your personal data privacy will be assured by our company and will not be provided to third parties other than those mentioned in this note.

In case of dispute, will try first a friendly settlement, within 30 days from the registerment of the complaint at the operator headquarter. If we can not get to an agreement in the time specified above, will be considered necessary the competency of a court from the same administrative structure with SC VAPRO Subsidy Services SRL.
