{"id":9979,"date":"2017-07-12T15:37:07","date_gmt":"2017-07-12T13:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=9979\/"},"modified":"2017-07-28T11:15:49","modified_gmt":"2017-07-28T09:15:49","slug":"european-funds-training-employees-large-companies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/european-funds-training-employees-large-companies\/","title":{"rendered":"European funds for training for employees from LARGE companies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Ministry of European Funds\u00a0will launch in the next period a financing line through which can be settled investments with<strong>\u00a0training for managers and HR department\u00a0 in LARGE companies.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> The call is\u00a0dedicated to the <strong>improvement\u00a0of the management activity of human resources<\/strong> through: <strong>training<\/strong>, <strong>coaching, seminars, workshops, conferences, lectures<\/strong>, <strong>long-term strategic planning<\/strong> etc<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>How long does the project implementation last?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">maximum <strong>12 months, <\/strong>estimative January \u2013 December 2018<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Which is the maximum grant for a project? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>300.000 euro, <\/strong>from which <strong>the non-reimbursable financing is between 50 and 95%,<\/strong> depending on the activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Who can apply for funding? <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>Employers<\/strong> <strong>(large enterprises)<\/strong> which operates in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">one of the economically competitive sectors identified according to the SNC: <strong>tourism\/ ecotourism, textiles\/ leather, wood\/ furniture, auto and components, IT and communications, beverage\/ food processing, energy\/ environment, health\/ pharmaceutical, bioeconomics\/ biopharmaceuticals\/ biotechnologies<\/strong> or<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">intends to adapt its activity to these economic sectors \/ intelligence areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Which are the employees that can be included into the project (target group)?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Employees who have\u00a0<strong>management\/leadership<\/strong>\u00a0role;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Employees from <strong>human resources<\/strong> departments;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Minimum target group: <strong>150 persons<\/strong>;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> The draft Guideline\u00a0can be downloaded <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=928ba9e714&amp;e=597fca9f22\">here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of European Funds\u00a0will launch in the next period a financing line through [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":9977,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9979","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
