Competitivity Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Education launched for public consultation until November 24, 2014 the Guidelines for Applicants for the following actions under Axis 1 of the Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020, the first calls of the new allocation of European funds for Romania.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Action<\/strong><strong> 1.1.1<\/strong> &#8211; Major infrastructures of Research and Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investments in R&amp;D departments of enterprises<\/li>\n<li>Clusters of innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research organizations, public or private (R&amp;D or higher education institutions)<\/li>\n<li>Enterprises with R&amp;D activities mentioned in the statutory documents<\/li>\n<li>Entities that manage innovative cluster structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Value of the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 20.000.000 euro, financing up to 70%, depending on the type of the applicant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Action 1.2.1<\/strong> \u2013 Stimulating the demand for innovative enterprises through Research Development and Innovation projects<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative start-ups<\/li>\n<li>RDI projects for spin-offs and innovative startups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beneficiaries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enterprises &#8211; large medium and small, for which R&amp;D activity is not the main object of activity<\/li>\n<li>Partnerships between enterprises and institutions of R&amp;D or\/ and higher education \u00a0(eg innovative clusters)<\/li>\n<li>Innovative spin offs<\/li>\n<li>Innovative start-ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Value of the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 800.000 euro, financing up to 100%, depending on the type of beneficiary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Action 1.1.4<\/strong> &#8211;
