Financing line for implementation of energy consumption monitoring systems for large industrial consumers (POIM 6.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 maximum grant value is<strong>\u00a0200.000 euro<\/strong>, with a\u00a0<strong>100%<\/strong>\u00a0non-refundable financing;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries: companies<\/strong>\u00a0from Extractive industry and Manufacturing industry with consumptions of\u00a0<strong>over 1.000 toe \/year<\/strong>\u00a0(defined as large energy consumers, according to ANRE), for which is necessary monitoring systems being implemented, in order to quickly identify immediate solutions to reduce consumption;<\/li><li>A project\u2019s timeline is\u00a0<strong>maximum 18 months<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Total allocation:\u00a0<\/strong>11.7 million euro;<\/li><li><strong>Call status<\/strong>: <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">launched, with submission by December 31<sup>th<\/sup> 2020;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/POIM-6.2-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;2. Financing line to support investments that promote regional development through job creation (National Funds, HG 332)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is eligible any initial investment (\u00a0extension of activity to an existing space, diversification of activity or setting up of a new unit) that generates, in <strong>maximum 3 years<\/strong> from investment\u2019s completion, minimum\u00a0<strong>100 new jobs<\/strong>; The grant is up to\u00a0<strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total salary costs (net salary and contributions), registered for a period of 24 consecutive months<strong> for all the new jobs<\/strong> created;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries:<\/strong>\u00a0enterprises (large and \/or SMEs) except those excluded, established according to Law 31\/1990 that make investments in all areas, can apply;<\/li><li><strong>Total call allocation:\u00a0<\/strong>100 million euro average annual budget;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">the call for proposals will be opened shortly;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-prezentare-HG-332-vapro-2020-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">For<strong> investment projects <\/strong>carried out by<strong> SMEs <\/strong>(companies with up to 250 employees, and up to 50 million euros turnover)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Financing line for LARGE investments, dedicated to SMEs (POR 2.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 value is between\u00a0<strong>1.500.000<\/strong>, and <strong>6.000.000<\/strong> euro which represents <strong>up to 70% <\/strong>project\u2019s eligible value (depending on implementation region and company\u2019s size), to which are added the minimis expenses (maximum <strong>200.000<\/strong> euro);<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: only <strong>SMEs<\/strong>\u00a0(up to 250 employees, and up to 50 million euro turnover), with a minimum 1 year old experience, and which recorded an operating profit (> 0 lei) in the fiscal year prior to the submission of financing application, can apply;<\/li><li><strong>Total budget:<\/strong>\u00a0150 million;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">\u00a0<strong>launched with submission by\u00a0 November\u00a030<sup>th<\/sup> 2020;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-POR-2.2-ghid-final-1-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here.<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Financing lines announced following the draft Emergency Ordinance to support SMEs, in the COVID-19 crisis context (POC 2014 \u2013 2020)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 grant value is between\u00a0<strong>50.000 <\/strong>and<strong> 200.000 euro<\/strong>, with a\u00a0<strong>70%<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>non-refundable grant for the investments realized in Bucharest-Ilfov<\/strong>, and a\u00a0<strong>85%<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>non-refundable grant for investments realized in the rest of the country;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: companies or cooperative societies that fall into the category of Small and Medium Enterprises;<\/li><li><strong>Total budget:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>550 million euro<\/strong>, of which 15% of budget\u2019s value is allocated for Bucharest-Ilfov region, and 85% of budget\u2019s value isallocated for the other regions;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">the draft guide is published for consultation, and call for proposals will be opened shortly;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masura-3-OUG-130.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here.<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Financing line for the digitization of SMEs in sectors other than ICT (POC 2.2.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Funding (the minimis aid) is granted for the <strong>digitalization of SMEs<\/strong> from sectors of activity, other than ICT, in the 8 developed regions of Romania, in order to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, and revitalize the ICT sector &#8211; through the Regional Development Agencies (RDA).
