Financing line for the implementation of energy consumption monitoring systems for large industrial consumers (POIM 6.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 maximum grant value is<strong>\u00a0200.000 euro<\/strong>, with a\u00a0<strong>100%<\/strong>\u00a0non-refundable financing;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries: companies<\/strong>\u00a0from Extractive industry and Manufacturing industry with consumptions of\u00a0<strong>over 1.000 toe \/ year<\/strong>\u00a0(defined as large energy consumers, according to ANRE), for which is necessary monitoring systems to be implemented, in order to quickly identify immediate solutions to reduce consumption;<\/li><li>A project\u2019s timeline is\u00a0<strong>maximum 18 months<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Total allocation:\u00a0<\/strong>11.7 million euro;<\/li><li><strong>Call status<\/strong>:<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong>launched, with submission by December 31<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020;<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/POIM-6.2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/POIM-6.2-Reducerea-consumului-la-cons-ind-31.12.2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. &nbsp;Projects for investments with major impact in the economy stimulation (National Funds, HG 807)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The\u00a0<strong>minimum investment value<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0<strong>1.000.000 euro<\/strong>, with up to \u00a0<strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0non-refundable grant;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries:<\/strong>\u00a0companies established according to Law 31\/1990 in any activity domain, with some exceptions;<\/li><li>Initial investment eligible costs:\u00a0 construction works or rent costs; the acquisition of tangible assets (like equipment), and purchase of software, licenses etc;<\/li><li><strong>Total allocation:\u00a0<\/strong>145 million euro annual budget;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">launched, with continuous submission;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-prezentare-HG-807-vapro-2020-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Financing line to support investments that promote regional development through job creation (National Funds, HG 332)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is eligible any initial investment (&nbsp;extension of activity to an existing space, diversification of activity or setting up of a new unit) that generates, in <strong>maximum 3 years<\/strong> from the completion of the investment, the creation of a minimum&nbsp;<strong>100 new jobs<\/strong>; The grant is up to&nbsp;<strong>50%<\/strong>&nbsp;of the total salary costs (gross salary and contributions), registered for a period of 24 consecutive months<strong> for all the new jobs<\/strong> created;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries:<\/strong>&nbsp;enterprises (large and \/ or SMEs) established according to Law 31\/1990 that make investments in all areas, except those excluded can apply;<\/li><li><strong>Total call allocation:&nbsp;<\/strong>100 million euro average annual budget;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>the call for proposals will be opened shortly;<\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-prezentare-HG-332-vapro-2020-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">For<strong> investment projects \u2013 <\/strong>financing lines dedicated <strong>exclusively to SMEs<\/strong><\/span><\/em><br><strong>1. Financing line for LARGE investments, dedicated to SMEs (POR 2.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 value is between\u00a0<strong>1.500.000<\/strong>, and <strong>6.000.000<\/strong> euro which represents <strong>up to 70% <\/strong>of the eligible value of the project (depending on the implementation region and the size of the company), to which are added the minimis expenses (maximum <strong>200.000<\/strong> euro);<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: only <strong>SMEs<\/strong>\u00a0(up to 250 employees, and up to 50 million euro turnover), with a minimum 1 year old experience, and which recorded an operating profit (> 0 lei) in the fiscal year prior to the submission of the financing application, can apply;<\/li><li><strong>Total budget:<\/strong>\u00a0150 million;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">launched with submission by \u00a0November\u00a030<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-POR-2.2-ghid-final-1-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Financing lines announced following the draft Emergency Ordinance to support SMEs, in the COVID-19 crisis context (POC 2014 \u2013 2020)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 grant value is between&nbsp;<strong>50.000 <\/strong>and<strong> 200.000 euro<\/strong>, with a&nbsp;<strong>70%<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable grant for the investments realized in Bucharest-Ilfov<\/strong>, and a&nbsp;<strong>85%<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable grant for investments realized in the rest of the country;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: companies or cooperative societies that fall into the category of Small and Medium Enterprises;<\/li><li><strong>Total budget:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>550 million euro<\/strong>, of which 15% of the value of the budget allocated for the Bucharest-Ilfov region, and 85% of the value of the budget allocated for the other regions;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>the draft guide is published in consultation, and call for proposals will be opened shortly;<\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Masura-3-OUG-130.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Financing line for ICT investments, dedicated to SMEs (POC 2.2.1)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The projects\u2019 value is between\u00a0<strong>1.000.000 <\/strong>and<strong> 5.000.000 euro<\/strong>, to which are added the de minimis expenses (maximum <strong>200.000 euro<\/strong>). The percentage of non-refundable financing is between\u00a0<strong>35% <\/strong>and<strong> 80%<\/strong>, depending on the type of applicant and the budgeted activities;<\/li><li>Projects that can receive funding must include the development of <strong>innovative products \/ services \/ applications<\/strong> that support the applicant\u2019s internal activity, as well as products \/ services \/ applications developed for other entities, in order to streamline and optimize the activity, using specific ICT means;<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries:<\/strong>\u00a0SMEs (micro-enterprises, small enterprises, medium enterprises) operating in Romania, focused on ICT; SMEs (micro-enterprises, small enterprises, medium enterprises) operating in Romania, within clusters focused on ICT; Consortia consisting of the entities defined above (either);<\/li><li><strong>Call status:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">launched with submission by\u00a0 November 02<sup>nd<\/sup>,\u00a02020;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mfe.gov.ro\/poc-ghidul-solicitantului-pentru-sprijinirea-cresterii-valorii-adaugate-generate-de-sectorul-tic-si-a-inovarii-in-domeniu-prin-dezvoltarea-de-clustere-apelul-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Financing line for the digitization of SMEs in sectors other than ICT (POC 2.2.2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Funding (the minimis aid) is granted for the <strong>digitalization of SMEs<\/strong> from sectors of activity, other than ICT, in the 8 developed regions of Romania, in order to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, and revitalize the ICT sector &#8211; through the Regional Development Agencies (RDA). The acquisitions of hardware and software, RPA solutions, electronic commerce, website, and others will be financed.<\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: companies that meet the status of SME (less than 250 employees, and turnover less than 50 million euro &#8211; in the case of related companies or part of a group with common shareholders, these data are cumulated and verified at consolidated level);<\/li><li><strong>Call status: in preparation;<\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sgg.gov.ro\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/HG-59.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">For employee\u2019s TRAINING &#8211; LARGE enterprises, SMEs, and other organizations<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br><strong>\u00a01. Financing line for digital and ICT skills training (POCU 3.12)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trainings on digital and ICT skills are funded, and the projects\u2019 maximum value is\u00a0<strong>500.000<\/strong> euro\u00a0<strong>with a grant up to\u00a0250.000<\/strong> euro (50%); A\u00a0minimum of <strong>75 <\/strong>employees, working outside Bucharest-Ilfov region\u00a0<strong>must attend training activities;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>: <strong>only large companies\u00a0active <\/strong>in\u00a0priority sectors,\u00a0such as:\u00a0ICT, creative industries, automotive, health, pharma, energy, tourism\u00a0and other\u00a0can apply\u00a0<strong>\u2013 <\/strong>find out if your company activity domain is eligible to apply\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/CAEN-POCU-3.12-intreprinderi-mari-2-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/CAEN-POCU-3.12-intreprinderi-mari-2.pdf\">;<\/a><\/li><li>A project\u2019s timeline\u00a0is<strong> maximum\u00a018 months;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Total allocation:<\/strong>\u00a010 million euro;<\/li><li><strong>Call status:\u00a0<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">launched, with submission by November 15<sup>th<\/sup>,\u00a02020;<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>For more information, click\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/FISA-DE-PROIECT-POCU-3.12-intreprinderi-mari-3-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
