{"id":11305,"date":"2020-05-08T12:22:27","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T10:22:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=11305"},"modified":"2020-05-08T12:29:44","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T10:29:44","slug":"may-open-call-for-digital-skills-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/may-open-call-for-digital-skills-training\/","title":{"rendered":"May &#8211; open call for digital skills training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Representatives of POCU Management Authority declared today, during an online working meeting organized by the European Financing Working group of CCIFER and NRCC, that they estimate the launch of calls for employee trainings in mid-May 2020, respectively:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>May 19th<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; estimated date for launching the call for\u00a0<strong>large companies employees trainings<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>May 14th<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; estimated date for launching the call for\u00a0<strong>SME employees trainings<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In both projects, the trainings must aim at\u00a0<strong>employees&#8217; digital skills acquiring\u00a0<\/strong>through internal courses, recognized at company \/ industry level or courses with international recognition, etc., such as: digital \/ IT-ICT skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), network creation, programming, operating systems, cybersecurity, data center, data storage, databases, web design; or ANC accredited courses.<br>It can also finance the\u00a0<strong>evaluation and certification\u00a0<\/strong>of professional competencies in the IT field in order to obtain certificates recognized at company\u2019s level (eg.<strong>\u00a0Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Oracle certification<\/strong>, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Projects for\u00a0<strong>large companies employees trainings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The maximum value of a project is\u00a0<strong>500.000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0with a non-refundable value of\u00a0<strong>250.000 euros (50%);<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Only large companies<\/strong>\u00a0operating in priority sectors such as: IT&amp;C, creative industries, automotive, health, pharma, energy, etc.\u00a0<strong>can apply.<\/strong>\u00a0You can consult the complete list of funded CAEN codes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lista-CAEN-uri-finantate-Companii-mari-POCU-3.12.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/li><li>Courses must be attended by a<strong>\u00a0minimum of 75 employees\u00a0<\/strong>with an individual employment contract\u00a0<strong>working outside Bucharest-Ilfov region.<\/strong><\/li><li>A project\u2019s implementation period is up to 18 months.<\/li><li>For more information click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-Prezentare-POCU-3.12-IMari.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>            2.
