Projects can be submitted until June 4th, 2020.\u00a0The grant for a project is\u00a0<strong>up to 1 mil. EUR. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible regions for investment are only\u00a0<\/strong>South-East, South-Muntenia and South-West Oltenia (any other region is not eligible under this call).<br><strong>Eligibile counties are:<\/strong>\u00a0Arges, Calarasi, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Prahova, Teleorman, Braila, Buzau, Constanta, Galati, Tulcea, Vrancea, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt, Valcea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible investments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>creating&nbsp; a new&nbsp;<\/strong>production \/service unit (location), &nbsp;construction and endowment space;<\/li><li><strong>expanding the capacity of an existing unit<\/strong>&nbsp;by increasing the production volume for at least one&nbsp;product \/service, without fundamentally changing the production process;<\/li><li><strong>diversification of a unit through products \/services<\/strong>&nbsp;that were not previously manufactured \/rendered in the unit. Diversification of production implies that new products \/services are added to the range of assortments already produced \/rendered.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project proposal must include an<strong>\u00a0initial investment in tangible assets<\/strong>\u00a0such as: construction \/extension of capacity and\/or equipment purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible applicants\u00a0<\/strong>are companies that fulfil the following minimum criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Are classified as SMEs, including microcompanies (= less than 250 employees and up to 50 million euro turnover and \/ or have total assets of up to 43 million euros);<\/li><li>Have at least 1 year of activity (to be established no later than January 2019);<\/li><li>Have an investment project located in urban areas (only medium size companies can do investments in rural areas).<\/li><li>Have registered an operating profit (&gt; 0 lei) and an average number of 3 employees in the previous fiscal year.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implementation period<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 maximum 36 months, but not later than December 31st, 2023.<br><strong>The grant value is:\u00a0<\/strong>minimum\u00a0<strong>200.000 euro<\/strong>\u00a0and maximum\u00a0<strong>1.000.000 euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-reimbursable financing rate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For state aid scheme:<ul><li>Medium enterprises:&nbsp;<strong>60%<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Small and micro enterprises:&nbsp;<strong>70%<\/strong>;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>For minimis component &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>90%<\/strong>&nbsp;from the eligible value (limited to 200.000 EUR).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Find more details&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-POR-IMM-OS-2.2-apel-relansat-martie-2020_v2-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The call for\u00a0investments in SMEs\u00a0was launched today, May 4th, 2020.
