{"id":11135,"date":"2020-02-07T10:51:17","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T08:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=11135"},"modified":"2020-02-07T10:51:20","modified_gmt":"2020-02-07T08:51:20","slug":"new-financing-line-for-employees-in-large-companies-it-and-digital-skills-trainings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/new-financing-line-for-employees-in-large-companies-it-and-digital-skills-trainings\/","title":{"rendered":"NEW financing line for employees in large companies &#8211; IT and digital skills trainings"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\n\nA new financing line will be open in March, with focus on&nbsp;<strong>large companies<\/strong>&nbsp;that have activity in the priority sectors, such as: ITC, creative industries, automotive, health, pharma, energy etc. You can find if your company\u2019s activity is eligible&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lista-CAEN-uri-finantate-Companii-mari-POCU-3.12.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><br><br>In such a project&nbsp;<strong>all of company\u2019s employees are eligible<\/strong>, regardless of their position in company and there are no restrictions on training types (they can be internally recognised as well), except that the<strong>&nbsp;training is aimed at IT \/ digital skills<\/strong>.<br><br>Maximum value per project is&nbsp;<strong>500,000 euros<\/strong>, with a&nbsp;<strong>EU grant of 50%<\/strong>&nbsp;for the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Any type of course in ICT and digital fields<\/strong>, both with national\/international certification or with recognition at company \/ industry level, such as: digital \/ ICT skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), programming, operating systems, cyber security, data center, data storage, databases, web design, etc.<\/li><li><strong>Evaluation and certification<\/strong>&nbsp;of professional competences in IT field regarding obtaining certificates recognized within the company (eg&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Oracle, etc.<\/strong>).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>What costs can be included in the budget:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>any expenses generated by training \u2013 with training companies or expenses for salaries as appropriate for internal trainers;<\/li><li>training rooms, catering, consumables, travel, licenses, etc;<\/li><li>salaries of employees (with all taxes) \u2013if the trainings take place during working time and thus a large part of company\u2019s co-financing is ensured.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project can have an implementation period of up to 18 months (estimated starting date is 2nd Semester of 2020) and must include trainings for minimum&nbsp;<strong>75 employees<\/strong>&nbsp;with individual employment contract, that&nbsp;<strong>work outside Bucharest-Ilfov region<\/strong>&nbsp;(may be headquarters, work place or branch of the company, etc).<br>For more informations click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/FISA-DE-PROIECT-POCU-3.12.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><br><br>This is, most probably, the last financing line for large companies within the 2014 \u2013 2020 programming period.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new financing line will be open in March, with focus on&nbsp;large companies&nbsp;that have [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":11133,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11135","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
