The new deadline is set for&nbsp;<strong>January 30th, 2020.<\/strong><br><br>This call is dedicated to&nbsp;<strong>increasing the competences of the employees<\/strong>&nbsp;by activities such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>implementation of company-level recognized and \/or ANC (nationally) accredited training programs;<\/li><li>counselling and tutoring;<\/li><li>evaluation, acknowledgement and validation of non-formal and informal learned skills;<\/li><li>awareness campaigns &amp; actions promoting the importance of training and participation in CVT programs;<\/li><li>other innovative actions to increase CVT participation and provide tailor-made educational support, including through transnational cooperation activities and transfer of best practices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Members of Sectoral Committees and Sector Committees with Legal Personality;<\/li><li>Trade unions;<\/li><li>Employers Union;<\/li><li>Professional Associations;<\/li><li>Public or private validation \/certification centers of previous learning;<\/li><li><strong>Authorized public and private training providers;<\/strong><\/li><li>Providers of career counseling and career guidance services;<\/li><li>Chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture;<\/li><li><strong>NGOs.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the call allocation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>60,000,000 euro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the maximum value of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1 million euro,&nbsp;<\/strong>with grant between&nbsp;<strong>95-100%&nbsp;<\/strong>depending on applicant type.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How long does it take to implement a project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maximum&nbsp;<strong>24 months.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Which employees can be involved in the project (target group)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum 500 Employees (including PFAs and individual businesses), between the ages of 25 and 65 and residing outside Bucharest-Ilfov region.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>An additional score is awarded for the projects targeting&nbsp;<strong>at least 30% persons<\/strong>&nbsp;who fall into at least one of the following categories: low-skilled, people over 40, people from disadvantaged rural areas.<br><br>Projects can be implemented&nbsp;<strong>in any region of Romania<\/strong>&nbsp;except for Bucharest-Ilfov region.<br><br>For more information click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-de-proiect-6.12-prelungire-30.01.2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of European Funds postponed the submission deadline for&nbsp;&#8220;Increasing employee qualification through Continuous Training [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":11024,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11109","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
