{"id":11035,"date":"2019-10-07T15:24:34","date_gmt":"2019-10-07T13:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=11035"},"modified":"2019-10-07T16:23:06","modified_gmt":"2019-10-07T14:23:06","slug":"open-call-for-employees-training-grants-up-to-1-000-000-euro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/open-call-for-employees-training-grants-up-to-1-000-000-euro\/","title":{"rendered":"OPEN call for employees training \u2013 grants up to 1.000.000 euro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear clients and partners,<br>\n<br>\nMinistry of European Funds announced the launch of <em>&#8220;Increasing Employee Qualification through Continuous\nTraining Programs according to Market Needs&#8221; <\/em>call<em>.<\/em><strong> Project<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong> can be\nsubmitted between October 4th and December 31st, 2019.<\/strong><br>\n&nbsp;<br>\nThis call is dedicated to <strong>increasing\nthe competences of the employees<\/strong> by activities such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>implementation\n     of company-level recognized and \/or ANC (nationally) acredited training programs;<\/li><li>counselling and tutoring;<\/li><li>evaluation,\n     aknowledgement and validation of non-formal\n     and informal learned skills;<\/li><li>awareness\n     campaigns &amp; actions\n     promoting the importance of training and\n     participation in CVT programs;<\/li><li>oher\n     innovative actions to increase CVT participation and provide tailor-made\n     educational support, including through transnational cooperation\n     activities and transfer of best practices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Members\n     of Sectoral Committees and Sector Committees with Legal Personality;<\/li><li>Trade\n     unions;<\/li><li>Employers\n     Union;<\/li><li>Professional\n     Associations;<\/li><li>Public\n     or private validation \/certification centers of previous learning;<\/li><li><strong>Authorized\n     public and private traning providers;<\/strong><\/li><li>Providers\n     of career counseling and career guidance services;<\/li><li>Chambers\n     of commerce, industry and agriculture;<\/li><li><strong>NGOs.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the call allocation?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>60,000,000\n     euro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the maximum value of the project?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1\n     million euro, <\/strong>with\n     grant between <strong>95-100%\n     <\/strong>depending on applicant type.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How long does it take to implement a project? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maximum\n     <strong>24 months.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Which employees can be involved in the project (target group)?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum\n     500 Employees (including PFAs and individual businesses), between the ages\n     of 25 and 65 and residing\n     outside Bucharest-Ilfov region.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nAn additional score\nis awarded for the projects targeting <strong>at\nleast 30% persons<\/strong> who fall into at least one of the following\ncategories: low-skilled, people over 40, people from disadvantaged rural areas.<br><br>\nProjects can be implemented <strong>in\nany region of Romania<\/strong> except for Bucharest-Ilfov region.<br><br>\nFor more informations, click <a href=\"https:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=1081973712&amp;e=6e5491f35d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear clients and partners, Ministry of European Funds announced the launch of &#8220;Increasing Employee [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":11033,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11035","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
