{"id":11026,"date":"2019-09-20T13:18:15","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T11:18:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=11026"},"modified":"2019-09-20T13:18:18","modified_gmt":"2019-09-20T11:18:18","slug":"training-projects-for-large-companies-employees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/training-projects-for-large-companies-employees\/","title":{"rendered":"Training projects for large companies&#8217; employees"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Large companies <\/strong>can submit  management and HR <strong>employees<\/strong>&#8216; <strong>training\u00a0 <\/strong>projects until <strong>November 18th, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Employees\n     <\/strong>(minimum <strong>50<\/strong> <strong>persons<\/strong>) with an\n     individual full-time employment contract (exclusively at applicant), who: <ul><li>occupies\n      <strong>management<\/strong>\n      positions in the company (general manager, executive manager, executive\n      director, deputy director, department manager, project manager, line\n      manager, etc.);<\/li><li>any\n      employee from <strong>human\n      resources<\/strong> department.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What activities are\neligible?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Informal\n     courses<\/strong>,\n     recognized on enterprise\u2019s level;<\/li><li><strong>ANC\n     authorized courses<\/strong> &#8211; at least one group of participants in each of these\n     courses: <ul><li>\u201cEntrepreneurial\n      skills\u201d;<\/li><li>A\n      human resources course&nbsp;according to the COR code nomenclature ISCO\n      08 compatible;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Business\n     coaching activities and \/ or activities such as &#8220;workshops&#8221;,\n     &#8220;seminars&#8221;, &#8220;conferences&#8221;, &#8220;lectures&#8221;,\n     &#8220;information events&#8221;, courses accredited by Project Management\n     Institute (eg: &#8220;PMP&#8221; &#8211; Project Management Proffesional;\n     &#8220;CAPM&#8221; &#8211; Certified Associates in Project Management), &#8220;mini\n     MBA&#8221; courses or&nbsp;other relevant courses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Employers,\n     <strong>large companies <\/strong>in\n     all Romania\u2019s regions except Bucharest Ilfov, that operates in one of the\n     following sectors: <ul><li><strong>Automotive\n      and components industry\/ Information and communication technology\/ Health\n      and pharmaceutical products\/ Energy and environmental management\/ Wood\n      and furniture\/ Creative industries\/ Tourism and ecotourism\/ Textiles and\n      leather\/ Food and beverage processing\/ Bioeconomics, biopharmaceuticals\n      and biotechnologies\/ Distribution\/ Constructions.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project\u2019s maximum eligible\nvalue is 500.000 euro<\/strong>,\nof which<strong> non-reimbursable\nfinancing percentage is 50%.<\/strong><br>\nProject\u2019s implementation period is <strong>maximum\n12 months<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br>\nFor more information click here: <a href=\"https:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=85aac7c51b&amp;e=6f5ff1f0af\">POCU 3.8<\/a><br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Large companies can submit management and HR employees&#8216; training\u00a0 projects until November 18th, 2019.
