{"id":10986,"date":"2019-06-27T12:25:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T10:25:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10986"},"modified":"2019-06-27T12:25:22","modified_gmt":"2019-06-27T10:25:22","slug":"september-9th-2019-the-new-submission-deadline-for-infants-education-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/september-9th-2019-the-new-submission-deadline-for-infants-education-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"September 9th, 2019 &#8211; the new submission deadline for infants education projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\n\nMinistry of EU funds changed the launching period for developing&nbsp;infants education services (POCU 6.2): \u200b\u200bthe call for projects will be open from 8.07.2019 with deadline for submission on 09.09.2019.<br><br>Eligible activities:<br><strong>1.Providing information and counseling services for parents\/guardians\/&nbsp;<\/strong>etc., parental education programs, accompanying measures.<br><strong>2.Assisting unemployed parents\/legal representatives for registration with the Public Employment Service<\/strong>&nbsp;(AJOFM\/ALOFM) and inclusion in an active employment measures program (<strong>information and professional counseling, vocational training, work mediation, accompanying measures for young parents with occupancy degree C or D, etc<\/strong>.). Carers of young NEETs\u2019 accompanying measures can be provided (in&nbsp;form of medical services, psychological counseling, social welfare services, other nursing services (nursing, afterschool, accompaniment)).<br><strong>3.<\/strong><strong>Providing qualified human resources for infants\u2019 education<\/strong>&nbsp;(professional training of teaching staff&nbsp;in early childhood education public and private units, (courses such as pedagogic educator, specialized educator, etc.)).<br><strong>4.Providing\/developing and using new services and learning materials for children<\/strong>&nbsp;in early childhood education, especially for children belonging to Roma minority and children with disabilities.<br><br>The&nbsp;<strong>eligible value<\/strong>&nbsp;of a project is maximum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;900,000 euro, for less developed regions,<\/li><li>1,000,000 euro for the Bucharest-Ilfov region.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Percentage of&nbsp;<strong>non-reimbursable<\/strong>&nbsp;funding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>100% for NGOs;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>95% for private beneficiaries;<\/strong><\/li><li>98%\/85% for public institutions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible applicants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Accredited, public and private educational institutions (ISCED 0) from national school network;<\/li><li><strong>Providers of guidance, counseling, school mediation and alternative services, public and private;<\/strong><\/li><li>Social partners in pre-university education (eg trade unions);<\/li><li>Religious institutions and religious associations;<\/li><li>Institutions \/ government agencies with attributions in social inclusion field;<\/li><li>LPA with attributions in the field of pre-university education;<\/li><li><strong>NGOs.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible target group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Infants &#8211;
