The requirements are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible beneficiaries<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 societies or cooperative societies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>urban areas SMEs (including microenterprises) and<\/li><li>rural areas medium enterprises.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficiaries must have at least 1 year of activity (established before 03.01.2018).<br><strong>Eligible regions<\/strong>: North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, West, North-West, Center (except Bucharest&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Ilfov and ITI Danube Delta area).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible investments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>creating&nbsp; a new&nbsp;<\/strong>production\/service construction and endowment space;<\/li><li><strong>expanding capacity of an existing unit<\/strong>&nbsp;by increasing at least one product\/service&nbsp;production volume without fundamentally changing production process;<\/li><li><strong>diversification of a unit through products\/ services<\/strong>&nbsp;that were not previously manufactured\/rendered in the unit. Diversification of production implies that new products\/services are added to the range of assortments already produced\/rendered.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project must include an initial investment in tangible assets (construction\/ extension\/ endowment with tangible assets).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implementation period<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 12 months.<br>Implementation period can be extended up to maximum twice the period initially foreseen under conditions stipulated in the financing agreement but not later than 31.12.2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The grant value is:&nbsp;<\/strong>minimum&nbsp;<strong>1.000.000 euro<\/strong>&nbsp;and maximum&nbsp;<strong>5.000.000 euro.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-reimbursable financing rate:\ufeff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Medium enterprises:&nbsp;<strong>60%<\/strong>&nbsp;(from North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, North-West, Center regions) and&nbsp;<strong>45%<\/strong>&nbsp;(from West region), of&nbsp;the eligible expenses value;<\/li><li>Small and micro enterprises:&nbsp;<strong>70%<\/strong>&nbsp;(from North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, North-West, Center&nbsp;regions) and&nbsp;<strong>55%<\/strong>&nbsp;(from West region), of&nbsp;the eligible expenses value.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>More details&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=759df894b7&amp;e=6f5ff1f0af\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Awaiting a future launch of&nbsp;investment in SMEs&nbsp;call&nbsp;with a grant of up to \u20ac 5,000,000.
