{"id":10781,"date":"2019-02-01T16:43:08","date_gmt":"2019-02-01T14:43:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10781"},"modified":"2019-02-01T16:43:11","modified_gmt":"2019-02-01T14:43:11","slug":"eu-funds-for-internships-does-your-company-looking-to-hire-youngsters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/eu-funds-for-internships-does-your-company-looking-to-hire-youngsters\/","title":{"rendered":"EU funds for internships: does your company looking to hire youngsters?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The call for<strong> Student internships<\/strong> is\nexpected to be launched in the next period after the specific guide was\nsubmitted by AMPOCU for public consultation.<br>\nThe call is dedicated to <strong>increase\nparticipation rate of high-school students<\/strong> from secondary and\ntertiary non-university education (qualification levels 3, 4 and 5)<strong> to workplace learning programs<\/strong>,&nbsp;\nthrough measures such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Developing\n     partnerships \/ conventions between organizers (educational units) and\n     internship&nbsp;partners;<\/li><li>Organizing\n     and conducting workplace learning programs (internship \/ traineeship,\n     practical training, technology lab, etc.);<\/li><li>Organizing\n     professional competitions, competitions on jobs, competitions and fairs\n     for exercise firms;<\/li><li>Providing\n     counseling and professional guidance services for high-school students;<\/li><li>Creating\n     a coordinated information system between the private sector and the\n     network of educational units;<\/li><li>Creating\n     innovative solutions to facilitate practice, innovative counseling tools,\n     guidance, competence assessment;<\/li><li>Conducting\n     Internships in EU Member States.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><br>\nTypes of eligible applicants and partners in this call: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ministry\n     of Education and relevant structures \/ agencies \/ subordinated \/\n     coordinated by it;<\/li><li>Employers\n     (as practice partners);<\/li><li>Professional\n     Associations;<\/li><li>Chambers\n     of commerce and industry;<\/li><li>NGOs;<\/li><li>Public\n     and private providers of professional guidance and counseling;<\/li><li>Trade\n     union organizations and employers\u2019 organizations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For project proposals\naiming activities of learning at work, eligible applicants and partners are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>County\n     School Inspectorates (as structures under MEN);<\/li><li>Professional\n     Associations;<\/li><li>Employers\n     as internship&nbsp;partners;<\/li><li>NGOs\n     as internship&nbsp;partners.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other informations:<br>\nGrant application must be submitted&nbsp;<strong>in\npartnership<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br>\n<strong>Transnational<\/strong>&nbsp;partnership\nis eligible.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>What is the call\nallocation?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>30.552.000\n     euro<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is project\u2019s\nmaximum value?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Maximum\n     500.000 euro,&nbsp;<\/strong>of which the percentage of non-reimbursable financing\n     is between&nbsp;<strong>85-100%&nbsp;<\/strong>depending\n     on applicant type.
