{"id":10624,"date":"2018-10-25T14:34:48","date_gmt":"2018-10-25T12:34:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10624"},"modified":"2018-10-25T14:34:48","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T12:34:48","slug":"guidelines-for-projects-up-to-5-000-000-euro-for-smes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/guidelines-for-projects-up-to-5-000-000-euro-for-smes\/","title":{"rendered":"Guidelines for projects up to 5.000.000 euro for SMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration released for public consultation the Specific Guideline (IP 2.2, POR 2014-2020) regarding <strong>the call for SMEs<\/strong> for a financing up to<strong> 5.000.000 euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The guide is in <strong>public consultation <\/strong>until 23.11.2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible beneficiaries &#8211;<\/strong> Cooperative societies or societies that fall under the category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SMEs from urban areas (including microenterprises) and<\/li>\n<li>medium enterprises from rural areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is required for a beneficiary to have at least 1 year of activity (established no later than 03.01.2018).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible regions<\/strong>: North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, West, North-West, Centre (Projects\u00a0implemented in the\u00a0Bucharest\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Ilfov and ITI area cannot be submitted).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible investments:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the creation of a new unit<\/strong>, the construction and endowment of a production\/ service space, in order to start the project activity;<\/li>\n<li><strong>expanding the capacity of an existing <\/strong>unit by increasing the volume of at least one product\/ service without the fundamental change in the production process;<\/li>\n<li><strong>diversification of an unit <\/strong>through products\/ services that were not previously manufactured\/ rendered in the unit. Diversification of production implies that new products\/ services are added to the range of assortments already produced\/ rendered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The proposed project in the grant application must necessarily include an initial investment in tangible assets financed by regional state aid (construction\/ extension\/ endowment with tangible assets).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Implementation period<\/strong> \u2013 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The period for realization of the project activities after the signing of the financing contract may be extended up to a maximum of twice the period initially foreseen under the conditions stipulated in the financing agreement but not later than 31.12.2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financing amount<\/strong>: minimum <strong>1.000.000 euro<\/strong> and maximum <strong>5.000.000 euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-reimbursable financing rate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medium enterprises: <strong>60%<\/strong> ( from North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, North-West, Centru regions) and <strong>45%<\/strong> (from West region), from the eligible expenses value;<\/li>\n<li>Small and micro enterprises: <strong>70%<\/strong> ( from North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, North-West, Centru regions) and <strong>55%<\/strong> (from West region), from the eligible expenses value;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-POR-2018-IMM-OS-2.2-in-consultare_.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration released for public consultation the Specific [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":10621,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10624","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
