{"id":10583,"date":"2018-10-16T17:03:04","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T15:03:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10583"},"modified":"2018-10-16T17:07:11","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T15:07:11","slug":"open-call-for-large-companies-training-programs-for-employees-innovation-through-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/open-call-for-large-companies-training-programs-for-employees-innovation-through-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Call for Large companies: Training Programs for Employees &#8211; &#8220;Innovation through Training&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AMPOCU\u00a0launched the financing line &#8211; \u201cInnovation through training\u201d, in which LARGE companies can reimburse their investment in <strong>training programs for employees.<\/strong> The call is dedicated to <strong>human resource development <\/strong>through training programs authorized by ANC (initiation\/ qualification\/ requalification\/ specialization\/ refresher courses).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the maximum implemention period of a project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>18 months.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What is the maximum value of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>500.000 euro <\/strong>of which the percentage of non-reimbursable financing is <strong>50% (with increase to <\/strong>60% if training is addressed to disabled or disadvantaged employees)<strong>, maximum 250.000 euro.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Large enterprises <\/strong>with activity in priority sectors. The CAEN code for the eligible activity must be authorized. See the list of eligible CAEN codes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anexa-6-Lista-CAEN-revizuita-13.09.2018-rev.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The project can be implemented <strong>in any region of the country<\/strong>, except for Bucharest-Ilfov<strong>. <\/strong>Large enterprises with headquarters in the Bucharest-Ilfov region are eligible only if their projects are implemented in the less developed regions (within a place of business located in one of the eligible regions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Which employees can be involved in the project (target group)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees (all categories) seeking for development of their knowledge, competencies and aptitude levels.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum target group: <strong>75 employees.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for submitting projects is<strong> January 15, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-Ghid_Inovare-prin-formare-POCU-3.12-16.10.2018.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AMPOCU\u00a0launched the financing line &#8211;
