{"id":10441,"date":"2018-07-19T09:29:27","date_gmt":"2018-07-19T07:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10441"},"modified":"2018-07-27T09:04:15","modified_gmt":"2018-07-27T07:04:15","slug":"a-new-launch-of-the-state-aid-scheme-for-investments-made-by-large-companies-and-smes-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/a-new-launch-of-the-state-aid-scheme-for-investments-made-by-large-companies-and-smes-2\/","title":{"rendered":"A new launch of the state aid scheme for investments made by large companies and SMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Ministry of Public Finance published the Applicant Guideline for the <strong>State aid scheme GD no. 807\/2014<\/strong>, and in the next period is intending to open <strong>a new session <\/strong>of project proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Medium annual budget: 145 mill. euro<\/strong> (638 mill. lei).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Eligible applicants: companies (large and SMEs), <\/strong>including start-ups (the subscribed capital is of minimum 100.000 lei), from all economic sectors, <strong>except <\/strong>companies activating in areas such as: aquaculture, primary production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, steel, coal sector, shipbuilding, production of synthetic fibers, transportation and energetic sectors and all sectors listed in <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Anexa-1-HG-807.pdf\">Annex 1 to GD 807\/2014.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Eligible expenditure:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Costs excluding VAT, related to the realization, respectively the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets, and the expenses related to the renting of the constructions related to the initial investment<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tangible assets: construction, technical installations, machinery and equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Intangible assets: depreciable assets associated with the initial investment, such as patents, licenses, know-how, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Project value: minimum 13,5 mill. <\/strong>lei (approx. 3 mill. euro)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The grant awarded <\/strong>is differentiated according to the implementation region:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 10% in the Bucharest Region;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 35% in the West and Ilfov Regions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 50% in the rest of the regions (North West, North East, Center, South West, South, South East)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For more information click <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fisa-Aj-de-Stat-Investitii-mari_iulie-2018.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Public Finance published the Applicant Guideline for the State aid scheme [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":10440,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10441","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
