{"id":10373,"date":"2018-05-25T13:32:32","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T11:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10373"},"modified":"2018-05-25T13:32:32","modified_gmt":"2018-05-25T11:32:32","slug":"a-new-launch-of-the-state-aid-scheme-for-investments-made-by-large-companies-and-smes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/a-new-launch-of-the-state-aid-scheme-for-investments-made-by-large-companies-and-smes\/","title":{"rendered":"A new launch of the state aid scheme for investments made by large companies and SMEs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the next period, the Ministry of Public Finance is intending to update the GD 807\/2014 state aid scheme and to open <strong>a new session <\/strong>of project proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>According to the Government&#8217;s statements, &#8220;the state aid scheme will have a total budget of 1 billion euro over a 5-year period and hopes that by <strong>the end of June<\/strong> the legislative framework will be adopted so that companies can submit their projects.[\u2026] Among the innovative elements of the new scheme will be: differentiation of the scheme into two categories: <strong><u>investments under and over 10 million euro.<\/u><\/strong> The areas of interest will be: production, innovation and research.&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>We remind you of the most important details of this financing opportunity<\/u><\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>(according to the latest launch of the scheme from 2016):<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Eligible applicants are companies (large and SMEs), <\/strong>including start-ups (the subscribed capital is of minimum 100.000 lei), from all economic sectors, <strong>except <\/strong>companies activating in areas such as: aquaculture, primary production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, steel, coal sector, shipbuilding, production of synthetic fibers, transportation and energetic sectors and all sectors listed in Annex 1 to GD 807\/2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Eligible expenditure:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Costs excluding VAT, related to the realization, respectively the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets, and the expenses related to the renting of the constructions related to the initial investment<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tangible assets: construction, technical installations, machinery and equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Intangible assets: depreciable assets associated with the initial investment, such as patents, licenses, know-how, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Project value:<\/strong> minimum 44 mill. lei (approx. 10 mill. euro). In the update version, two types of projects will be launched:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For investments up to 10 million euro<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For investments of over 10 million euro<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The grant awarded <\/strong>is differentiated according to the implementation region:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 15% in the Bucharest Region;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 35% in the West and Ilfov Regions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">up to 50% in the rest of the regions (North West, North East, Center, South West, South, South East)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the next period, the Ministry of Public Finance is intending to update the [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":10371,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10373","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
