{"id":10294,"date":"2018-05-03T16:12:33","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T14:12:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10294"},"modified":"2018-05-03T16:12:33","modified_gmt":"2018-05-03T14:12:33","slug":"financing-line-for-training-in-large-companies-innovation-through-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/financing-line-for-training-in-large-companies-innovation-through-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Financing line for training in LARGE companies \u2013 \u201cInnovation through training\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AMPOCU\u00a0launched under public consultation\u00a0the Specific Guidelines for the financing line &#8211; \u201cInnovation through training\u201d, within which LARGE companies can reimburse their investment in <strong>professional training programs for employees, especially the directly productive ones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The call is dedicated to <strong>human resource development <\/strong>through:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>professional training programs (qualification\/ specializations\/ short term programs\/ informal courses\/ workshop\/ seminars); at least 60% of the employees should participate at qualification courses (level 2-4);<\/li>\n<li>learning and development planning;<\/li>\n<li>evaluation \/ validation and certification of the competencies previously acquired<br \/>\n(recognition at enterprise and \/ or national level);<\/li>\n<li>development of an own training system at employer level \u2013 learning at workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How long does it take to implement a project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>maximum <strong>18 months.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is the maximum value of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>500.000 euro <\/strong>of which the percentage of non-reimbursable financing is <strong>50-95% <\/strong>depending on specific activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Large enterprises <\/strong>with activity in priority sectors:<strong> tourism\/ ecotourism, textiles \/ leather, wood\/ furniture, auto and components, IT and communications, food\/ beverage processing, energy\/ environment, health\/ pharmaceutics, bio economy\/ bio pharmaceutics\/ bio technology, creative industries, means of transport, infrastructure, chemicals, electrical machinery \/ appliances \/ equipment.<\/strong> See the list of eligible CAEN codes <a href=\"https:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=a1c41a8105&amp;e=597fca9f22\">here.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project can only be implemented in the less developed regions (Central, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia) of Romania.<br \/>\nLarge enterprises with headquarters in the Bucharest-Ilfov region are also eligible, only if their projects are implemented in the less developed eligible regions (within a place of business located in one of the eligible regions).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which employees can be involved in the project (target group)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Employees seeking the development of their knowledge, competencies and aptitudes levels or who seek the certification\/ validation of the competencies, especially in the priority economic sectors;<\/li>\n<li>Employees with present\/ future activities in the priority economic sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minimum target group: <strong>50 persons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information click <a href=\"https:\/\/vapro.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=525b891d494d662ac04a0e83d&amp;id=6d078eb718&amp;e=597fca9f22\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AMPOCU\u00a0launched under public consultation\u00a0the Specific Guidelines for the financing line &#8211; \u201cInnovation through training\u201d, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":9935,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[530,719,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10294","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-latest-news","category-news-en","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
