{"id":10262,"date":"2018-04-10T16:43:49","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T14:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/?p=10262"},"modified":"2018-04-10T16:43:49","modified_gmt":"2018-04-10T14:43:49","slug":"financing-dedicated-to-training-programs-and-coaching-in-large-companies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vapro.ro\/en\/financing-dedicated-to-training-programs-and-coaching-in-large-companies\/","title":{"rendered":"Financing dedicated to training programs and coaching in large companies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the POCU funding program, two calls for projects are expected <strong>in the near future<\/strong>, through which LARGE companies can reimburse their investments in training programs for their own employees:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>Financing line 3.8<\/u>: which aim the <strong>training of managers <\/strong><strong>(any level &#8211; from top managers to line managers, team managers etc) <\/strong>and staff from<strong> HR department &#8211; minimum 50 persons;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The call is expected to be<strong> relaunched in the next month <\/strong>and finances activities as: training, coaching, seminars, workshops, conferences, lectures etc.<\/li>\n<li>Duration of the project implementation period is maximum 12 months;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum eligible value is 140.000 euro\/project<\/strong>, of which the <strong>non-reimbursable <\/strong>financing percentage is<strong> 50%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Financing line 3.12:<\/u><\/strong> \u00a0focusing on the <strong>training of directly productive \/ operational employees<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; minimum 50 persons;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The call is expected to be<strong> launched in the next month <\/strong>and finances activities as:\n<ul>\n<li>professional training programs (qualification\/ specializations \/ refresher courses) amd also other informal courses;<\/li>\n<li>learning and development planning;<\/li>\n<li>evaluation \/ validation and certification of the competencies previously acquired;<\/li>\n<li>development of an own training system at employer level;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Duration of the project implementation period is maximum 18 months;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum eligible value is 500.000 euro \/project<\/strong>, of which the <strong>non-reimbursable <\/strong>financing percentage is<strong> between 50%<\/strong> <strong>and 95%, <\/strong>according to certain activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong> Large enterprises<\/strong> which operates in one of the economically competitive sectors identified according to the SNC: <strong>tourism \/ ecotourism, textiles \/ leather, wood \/ furniture, auto and components, IT and communications, food \/ beverage processing, energy \/ environment, health \/ pharmaceutics, bio economy \/ bio pharmaceutics \/ bio technology, creative industries<\/strong> AND <strong>have activity \u2013 headquarter or <\/strong><strong>premises\/ subsidiaries \u2013 in the country (<\/strong><strong>employees working in Buc.
