the Romanian Government, to develop activities in specific interest fields such as: investments in technology or R&amp;D investment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A <strong>large company<\/strong> is an entity that meets cumulatively\u00a0the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">has an annual average number of employees higher than 249;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">has a annual net turnover of more than 50 million euro, correspondent in lei or holds total assets that exceed the equivalent in lei of 43 million euro, according to the last approved financial statements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Funding for large companies is ensured through the following types of programs:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020 (COP)<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>continues the investments of the Sectorial Operational Programme\u00a0Increasing of Economic\u00a0Competitiveness 2007-2013, and has a total financial allocation of almost <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">1,3 billion euro<\/span>, <\/strong>financing mainly investments in R&amp;D sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 (ROP)<\/strong><\/span> continues the programme with the same name from 2007-2013 programming period, has a total financial allocation of almost <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>8,25 billion euro<\/strong>,<\/span> and supports investments mainly in equipment\/constructions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Large Infrastructure Operational Programme 2014-2020 (LIOP)<\/strong><\/span> covers the two programmes from 2007-2013 programming period (Transport and Environment programs), and has a total financial allocation for the 2014-2020 programming period of almost <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>11,6 billion euro<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #f2f2f2;\" width=\"680\">\n<p style=\"text-align:
