    • Between 100.000 euro – 2.000.000 euro;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • non reimbursable financing reaching up to maximum 90% of the eligible project budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Eligible<\/b><\/span>\u00a0activities \/ expenditures:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Investments in the setting-up or modernization of crops farms through acquisition of equipment required for production of vegetables in protected spaces (greenhouses), including the production of: seeds, mushrooms, oil-seeds and protein, grains and potatoes, etc., storage capacity investments, conditioning, sorting and packaging the yield;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Acquisition of machinery and equipment: tractors, harvesters, seeders, plows, headers, combiners, irrigation systems, manure spreading equipment, ventilation system, drip system for vegetable greenhouses, etc;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Construction, expansion, modernization and equipping of farm buildings for productive activity, including access to the farm, farm irrigation and farm connection to utilities;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Purchase, including by leasing, of new equipment\/machinery, compact transport vechicles, refrigerating\u00a0 transportation vehicles, including specialized trailers and semitrailers: tanks, isotherm, animals\/birds\/bees transportation vehicles;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Expenditure generated by the set-up of plantations for table grapes and other perennial plantations (plantation material must be certified);<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Investments in processing of agricultural products (only for modernization investments). Over 50% of their production must be processed on the food chain (in their holding or by IOAP members (Inter-professional Organization for Agricultural Products));<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Investments in reduction of greenhouse gas emissions: feed production facility, drying equipments (cereals, aromatic plants, etc), animals farm equipment (manure evacuation, feed installations, etc), rehabilitation and branching utilities in farm, etc, (the reduction of water and electricity consumption and thus GHG (greenhouse gas emissions));<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Investments in production and use of energy from renewable sources: solar, wind, heat pumps ( the reduction of using of conventional sources energy and GHG (greenhouse gas emissions));<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Endowment of selling spaces and other marketing expenditure, in an integrated food chain;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Marketing expenditure: setting up a website for promoting farms own products, labeling (creating the concept);<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Investments for compliance with Community standards in the case of young farmers and investments to comply with the new standards for modernizing the farms;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Investments in purchase or development of computer software and purchase of patents, licenses, copyright and trademarks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Financing instrument: 1st<\/span>\u00a0possibility \u2013 NRDP \u2013 sM 4.2 Support for investments in processing\/ marketing of agricultural products<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Who can apply:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Enterprises (micro, small and medium enterprises under Law no. 346\/2004, as well as large companies);<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Cooperatives and groups of producers;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Project value:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Up to 2.500.000 euro ;<\/span><\/li>\n
          • the non-reimbursable financial allocation reaching up to maximum 70% of of the eligible project budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Eligible<\/b><\/span>\u00a0activities \/ expenditures:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Construction, extension and\/or modernization and endowment of processing units, including investments in products\u2019 marketing (e.g. labeling, packaging);<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Constructions for environmental protection (associated with investments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), renewable energy, energy efficiency), internal infrastructure and utilities necessary for the projects;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Setting-up, extension and\/or modernization of local networks of collection, reception, storage, conditioning, selection and packaging capacity;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Constructions for the\u00a0 collection of raw materials: milk collection, reception, cooling centers; eggs reception, sorting, packaging centers; vegetables collection, reception, sorting, packing centers; grain collection, drying , sizing, cleaning and oil-seed stations;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Construction for for a single part or for the entire technological flow (collection – storage (raw material \/ products) – sorting – conditioning \u2013 processing – marketing);<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Improvement of internal quality control and compliance with the new standards imposed by the European legislation for processing and marketing of agri-food products;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Production and use energy through renewable energy sources (solar, wind, geothermal), energy produced by heat pumps in the processing unit, exclusively for farm own needs;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Special transport vehicles for the technological flow: truck tanks, isotherm trucks, trailers and food trailers;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Expenditure related to products marketing, for: creating a website for promoting and marketing farms own products; labeling (creating the concept), creation of a trademark \/ brand \u2013 for this activity the non-reimbursable financing can reach up to 5% of the eligible project value, but no more than 30.000 euro;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Organization and implementation of quality management and food safety systems, if they are related to the tangible investments of\u00a0 the project;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Purchase of technologies (know-how), patents and licenses for preparation of project implementation;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Purchase of computer software, identified as necessary in the technical-economic documentation of the project;<\/span><\/li>\n
            • General costs of the project are eligible (consulting, design, approvals, a.s.o) up to 5% for investments involving simple purchase and up to 10% for construction-assembly investments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • Manufacture of grain mill products, of which: production of flour; flour mixes, prepared blended flour and dough for brad, cakes, biscuits or pancakes\u2013 CANE\u00a01061;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      2. Manufacture of bakery and farinaceous products \u2013 CANE\u00a0 class\u00a0107 (Classification of Activities from National Economy):<\/span><\/p>\n

                      • Manufacture of brad; manufacture of fresh pastry goods and cakes \u2013CANE\u00a01071;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Manufacture of rusks and biscuits; manufacture of preserved pastry goods and cakes \u2013 CANE\u00a01072;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Manufacture of macaroni, noodles, couscous and similar farinaceous products \u2013 CANE\u00a01073;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        3. Manufacture of other food products : CANE Class 108\u00a0(Classification of Activities from National Economy):<\/span><\/p>\n

                        • Manufacture of cocoa, chocolate and sugar confectionery (eg. Manufacture of chocolate and chocolate confectionery, of sugar confectionery: caramels, nougats, fondant, white chocolate, preserving fruits in sugar, nuts, fruit peels and other parts of plants) \u2013 CANE \u00a01082;<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Manufacture of condiments and seasonings: manufacture of spices, sauces and condiments: mustard flour and meal, prepared mustard \u2013 CANE 1084;<\/span><\/li>\n
                        • Manufacture of homogenized food preparations and dietetic food – CANE 1086:<\/span>\n
                            \n
                          • manufacture of food for particular nutritional uses (Council Directive JO L 186, 30.06.1989);<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • powder milk for infants;<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • milk and other food for children, food for infants;<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • food with a low level of calories\u00a0in order to control the body weight;<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • dietary food for special medical purposes;<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • low sodium food, including low sodium or sodium free dietary salts; gluten free food; food intended to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for sportsmen;<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • food for persons suffering from carbohydrate metabolism disorders (diabetes);<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                          • Manufacture of other food products n.e.c (CANE 1089):<\/span>\n

                            • manufacture of egg products, egg albumin, etc;<\/span><\/li>\n
