Training „ Project management – how to successfully implement a POSDRU project “

We offer a practical training, adjusted to the needs of a project management team on a POSDRU project, that is being or is about to be implemented, based on a model that we suggest. This program is developed according to the national and European regulations in the field of EU subsidised project through ESF and is being constantly updated from a legal point of view and according to all regulations in the field.

The subjects approached are:

• General framework for implementation – regulations, documents

• Project presentation – description

• Internal project management – implementation team

• Project administration and relationship with the Authority

• Reporting AMPOSDRU/OIPOSDRU– official documents

• Public procurement procedure. Subcontracting

• Information and publicity

• Good practices examples

In the end, we will answer together the following 3 questions:

• Which are the most frequent errors in implementation?

• What can we learn from others experience – example?

• How can we minimize the risks and how can we maximize the efficiency rate?
